PC-15 is a reactive tertiary amine polyurethane catalyst designed for both flexible and rigid polyurethane foam systems. Unlike conventional fugitive amine catalysts, PC-15 contains a reactive hydrogen that allows it to become chemically incorporated into the polyurethane polymer network during curing. This significantly reduces catalyst emissions, odor, and VOCs in the finished foam while maintaining excellent catalytic efficiency.

PC-15 provides a balanced catalytic effect with a slight preference for the water-isocyanate (blowing) reaction. It improves foam surface cure, enhances processing stability, and delivers a smooth reaction profile, making it suitable for applications requiring low emissions and high-quality foam surfaces.

Product Overview
