TMR-2
Product Overview
TMR-2 is a highly efficient quaternary ammonium salt catalyst designed for polyurethane (PU) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam production. It is primarily used as a trimerization catalyst, promoting the reaction of isocyanate groups to form isocyanurate rings, which significantly enhance the thermal stability, flame resistance, and mechanical strength of rigid foam products. Compared with conventional potassium-based trimerization catalysts, TMR-2 provides a more controlled reaction profile, improving foam flowability, processing stability, and overall product quality.
