A300
Product Overview
Delaying amine catalyst A300 is a specialized catalyst designed for polyurethane foam production, primarily used to control the reaction rate during the foaming process. Compared to conventional catalysts, A300 features delayed reactivity, maintaining low activity in the early stages of foam formation and then rapidly accelerating the reaction in later stages, thereby enabling precise molding of complex shapes.
Delayed gelation / delayed crosslinking
Improves foam flowability and mold filling
Helps achieve better open-cell structure
Reduces the risk of premature viscosity increase and foam collapse
Suitable for MDI-based and MDI/TDI PU systems
Particularly useful for automotive seat cushions and backrests
Also applicable to HR flexible foam, PUR and PIR molded products
