Polyester polyols for full water foaming are a key raw material, mainly used in the production of polyurethane foam materials. Its core application is to generate carbon dioxide by reacting with water (as a foaming agent), replacing traditional physical foaming agents (such as CFCs, HCFCs, etc.), and it is more environmentally friendly.
Application:
1.Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF)
• Building insulation: It is used as an insulation layer for walls, roofs and cold storage facilities, with a low thermal conductivity and remarkable energy-saving effects.
• Cold chain logistics: The insulation layer of refrigerated trucks, refrigerators and freezers is lightweight and has excellent heat insulation performance.
• Pipeline insulation: Anti-corrosion and insulation coatings for petrochemical and municipal pipelines.
2. Soft/semi-rigid foam
• Automotive interior: Cushioning materials for seats, instrument panels, armrests, etc., providing comfort and shock absorption performance.
• Furniture industry: Slow-rebound sponge for sofas and mattresses. The hardness of the foam can be changed by adjusting the formula.
3. Other special applications
• Packaging materials: Cushioning packaging for precision instruments and fragile items, with good energy absorption.
• Industrial field: Used for filling, sealing or sound insulation materials, such as wind turbine blade filling and building gap sealing.
